They are very thorough - vacuum, wash floors, dust, clean ceiling fans, clean countertops and inside microwave, and get the bathroom cleaner than I have ever been able to, etc. The last time they came Shawna noticed that salt had tracked down the stairs to the basement and cleaned the stairs and carpets in the basement, even though we only ask them to do the first floor!
