"When I called the mold company for my lab results. They gave me a person named Ricardo Echeverria, Senior Mold Analyst to call for the results. He verbally told me that the cause was something like a remodel, construction going on. There was a red flag for a VOC called Methylene Chloride--Banned outdated paint. I sent Ricardo and email asking if I can have a report of what he said in writing. I only received a contaminants list. I said, I am not a scientist and do not understand the lab results.I never received a response back from him. I called Jeremiah Bancroft a few times and asked for a written explanation of the causes. He could not supply me with a written explanation because it was a legal issue. I asked for his help. I need your help. Jeremiah said, go to your primary care for a doctors note. That was the last time I spoke to him on September 19, 2024"

"If it would be possible I could give more than 5 stars. Jeff and Connie are very nice people and incredibly knowlegable specialists. They went above and beyond, conducting inspection of our house. I invited them because of presence of mold and odors. The house was thoroughly inspected not only for those problems we concerned of, but for all other possible hazards. Jeff and Connie spent as much time at our house as it was needed to complete all the aspects of required inspection. Each room, even every little space, furnace, AC unit, stove, refrigerator were inspected. Shortly after appointment I got detailed reports with photos and multiple very helpful recommendations. Now we know what exactly should be done in the house and outside in order to eliminate negative issues found by Jeff who is an expert in all aspects, related to different systems of house. Jeff and Connie are very kind and intelligent people. It was a real pleasure to spend several hours with them at our house. This appointment was life-changing for us. Got the bait and switch bc they never did this and we had a cockroach infestation that went on for a year. They lied to me and then their manager claimed “we don’t see it in the contract”. I want a refund. You’ve been doing nothing productive. I can lay my own ant traps for less than $2k a year."

"Northeast Remediation performed deleading on my home, involving replacement of windows and the garage door. The house passed re-inspection for full compliance as soon as they were finished. The only issue was that they had problems getting one of their suppliers to provide a custom sized replacement garage door in a timely manner. This delayed fully completing the job by about a month while they found a different supplier. However, they were generally very responsive with communication and the work quality was good so I would not hesitate to use them again."

"Horrible cleaning service. This company was recommended to us, so we had them clean our rental house after our tenants moved out and left it full of filth. We were given a price of $1675.00 and we didn’t bat an eye - that’s how bad this place was. We didn’t care if it was going to be $3000.00, we wanted it done right. We had to call them back to vacuum the carpets, because apparently they don’t do that before they clean them. Everywhere the carpet met the wall there was black dirt, dust, crap. Some of the kitchen cabinets still had crusty filth on them, the bathrooms were barely touched- toilet and tub in one bathroom still had greasy grime and sludge on them. The light bars over both bathroom vanities were not cleaned at all, along with the vanity. The kitchen sink was basically wiped out with maybe a paper towel and water. I took a fine steel wool and dish soap to it and it came clean. My husband and I spent a whole day cleaning after this company. I would never recommend them."
