Auto Body Work
Six months later, the repair bubbled and the rust returned. Amazingly, the rust returned solely on the seam of the repair. I returned to speak to Mr. Drowne who basically said sorry about that and that he wouldn't remedy the return. I contacted the BBB who informed me Mr. Drowne was not responsible and that I should have had better paperwork (I admit, shame on me for trusting people). To date, no has been able to explain to me how the rust would return only on the seam and not above (old metal) or below (new metal) the seam. Lastly, during taking this issue to BBB, Mr. Drowne could not be bothered contacting me which I believe speaks volumes.
I've stated in my review that "I would not return to this provide". I would suggest you do the same.
