"I have had American Lawn and Tree Specialists for 5 years. I absolutely love them. Mr. Perry is top notch and does an exceptional job. He knows his stuff and does more than the big box fertilizing companies. He always goes above and beyond. Sometimes I don't get my leaves up before the last treatment and Mr. Perry will blow the leaves to the sidewalk and proceed with the treatment. The big box companies just sprayed overtop of the leaves. Mr. Perry also educated me on yellow nutsedge, which he kindly kills out of my yard to keep it healthy. Whenever I have have a question or a concern, he responds immediately. You can't go wrong with this company. They are exceptional at what they do."

"Iâ m sharing pictures of the before and after of the walkway from our deck to our parking pad and driveway in the backyard. It was so unsightly and weeds were out of control. Dave Nutter has a 5 star service with teams of skilled workers. I interviewed 3 companies and chose his because I saw pictures of work done and found him to be honest and trustworthy. So instead of one project, we hired his service for 2. Our backyard is now beautiful and ready for entertaining again. Very happy !"

Always responded politely and in timely manner. The crew of 3 arrived on time and went straight to work. They were polite, quiet, and professional. "I received an immediate response because I was connected via HomeAdvisor. This was a very strange conversation, because I just assumed that the company already had my information and had some sense of why I had been connected to them. I don't particularly care for the HomeAdvisor connection piece, especially considering that company had not idea why you are calling. I could have connected with company myself by simply calling the number. Anyway, now that I know how it works, I will be better prepared in future. I had two issues with C. T. Smith Electrical Services, LLC. They provided a flat fee for the very simple repair that I needed and their flat fee was 35 percent more than other estimates I had received from other companies ($1115 compared to $85). They did not appear to be interested or flexible with the fee even after I had shared the information. The second issue I have with them is that even after not being willing to compromise on their flat fee, they called me early the next morning (jarring me out of my sleep) stating that they had gotten my information off of HomeAdvisors. I assume that they did not even record that they already had a conversation with me the previous day. After the prior conversation, I had no reason for any additional conversation with them, so I ignored the call. With all of that said, I cannot comment on their actual service, because I did not have them do any work for me. I give them an average rating just based on the initial conversation. My assessment may be more of commentary on the HomeAdvisor connection process as opposed to C. T. Smith Electrical Services."

"I loved their customer service but they just didn't provide the type of service I was looking for. I need a large overhaul of already-grown weeds in my yard (not just prevention) and, so, they don't take care of weed removal. If I wasn't already with another weed control company, I'd then to TruGreen."
