Weed barrier put down and covered with mulch so I can put large pots on top. I wanted flowers without weeding. Donta understood what I wanted. He and his team did a wonderful job!!!! He came and priced it one day and started the next day. Two days of HARD work and job completed. They removed a 14 foot truck full of weeds, bushes, roots and unwanted plants. "This is the fourth major project that we’ve hired MD Legacy for, and once again, they blew us away by turning our landscaping dreams into reality. We asked them to build paver-stone borders around several of our mulched beds, to give long-lasting definition to the shapes, prevent intrusion by grass and weeds, and create a buffer to protect the garden plants from damage by lawn equipment. As we’ve come to expect, the estimate process was clear and detail-oriented, and Eric’s level of communication from start to finish was unparalleled. The entire crew is basically like family at this point, and they worked tirelessly to bring our exact vision to life, making sure to consult us on any decisions that had to be made along the way. Jose excavated the trenches neatly and precisely, at the proper depth needed for each area. We continue to be amazed by Carlos’ artistic stone-cutting skills—he is able to take rectangular pavers and transform them into graceful curves and shapes that redefine the composition of our yard. And when some of the pavers from the supplier turned out to be the wrong kind, Reggie and Chris traveled promptly to obtain the right ones; the crew ended up working hours longer than anticipated to leave us with a perfectly completed job and a spotlessly clean yard. "The results are amazing. The play pad in the back he built for the kids is perfect. The weed mat they put down under the mulch has worked very well. We get a few weeds and baby tree sprouts here and there but they are easy to pick out. The pad is under a giagantic tulip poplar and the tree just spreads seeds everywhere. It is no surprise to find them sprouting in the mulch. They take over my gardens every Spring. The stone pad he put up front is perfect for the job. We have a very limited budget and income and he went through and priced out the best supplies for the job with our budget in mind. There were even stones left over from the project and he left them for us to use later or in other places. He wanted to make sure we got every supply we paid for. This Summer I asked him to do a section of our backyard that is grown up with weeds and ivy. He heard my concept and then as if he was a mind reader made it look exactly as my husband and I had envisioned. The mulched area is bordered with beautiful stones and matches the rest of our backyard decor. Additionally he added a 2 foot border of mulch around our above ground metal pole frame pool. It finished off the look of the yard. Before the pool was just hanging out looking all crooked and sloppy, but now it has a polished look. Just yesterday I contacted him again to come back for an estimate on expanding the mulched area in the back corner because it looks so awesome and my husband and I were immediately inspired to add some other spaces for a geodesic dome we are installing as well as a seating area for guests. He even moved the swingset they'd put on the mulch play pad last Summer because my kids had gotten so big their feet were hitting the fence behind them. Kyle is a professional in all senses. His prices are incredible, turn around time is fast, he and his crew are impeccable. There is not a single scrap in the yard when they leave. I left for the day last week and came home to a beautiful yard!!!"

Marvin Padilla explained every possible layout and option and really took the time to listen to our design. No high-pressure sales tactics, just quality, friendly proposal. We hired them to do a front garden retaining wall and a patio in the back. Day of installation the crew of 6 show up and hit the ground running; took them 1 1/2 days to complete both jobs and we couldn't be happier with the results. We've already gotten lots of compliments from neighbors who are now interested in their work. If I'm ever in need again of stonework or landscaping services, I'm not looking anywhere else!"
