"I had a clogged bathroom sink. After an unsuccessful attempt to clean the clogged I had to call in a drain cleaner and it was new years eve. Sterling said he would arrive between 1 and 2 PM. It was 3PM when he got to my home but he was in contact with me while he was on his way.
