"I had received several bids from contractors regarding the repair of my chimney. Technicians from First Class Chimney Services were very professional and knowledgeable about the proper use and maintenance of chimneys. First Class Chimney Services technicians arrived on time, examined the chimney both interior and exterior, discussed the details of my chimney repair, and provided timely estimates. I appreciated the fact that they showed respect for my home by covering their shoes before entering and even cleaning up the few ashes that fell from the chimney after their inspection. It was a hard decision but I was able to hire a pro with the same qualifications within the same price range. I was impressed with the knowledge and expertise of this contractor and will definitely recommend them to friends and family who are in need of chimney repair."

"A painter informed be that my chimney crown had deteriorated and needed repair/replacement. I contacted multiple companies to assess the job and make proposals. The folks at First Class Chimney were very professional from initial contact, scheduling appointments and scheduling the job. There proposal was straight forward and a greater value than other company's I spoke to. They performed the work and I am extremely happy with their work and my experience doing business with them. I highly recommend them for consideration."

"The service was fine. The only thing is that they were really late coming. So, it was like dark when they got out of here. They left the area good when they were finished. It took them an hour-and-a-half to complete the job. They sent me a picture of the chimney. The price was great. They did show up."

"As promised, Carmine called when he was 45 minutes away from our house so I had plenty of time to leave work and meet him. He was friendly and extremely professional, even asking my permission before entering the house. He even asked me if he could call me "Steve", or would I prefer Mr. Carr. He and his worker Bill were clean and dressed nicely. They spread a blanket in front of the fireplace and cleaned up when they finished. They noticed a water stain on our living room ceiling and offered to check the flashing on the roof. They found a three inch hole and fixed it immediately, provided us with a 7 year warranty. Colonial was half the price of the other Chimney sweeps on Angie's List and it's hard for me to imagine anyone providing better service.
