"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. "He called before he arrived, giving me an estimated time of arrival, and he arrived promptly. He was very pleasant, polite and cordial, and took a look/listen to the back screen door. After lubricating the hinges didn't work, he quickly figured out the culprit and fixed that. Since it did not take very long to make the repairs, he offered to look at other doors. I forgot the sliding door handles were loose, so he tightened those up and also lubricated the track. The door slides much easier now! Also, the front door was squeaking so he figured out the problem there. The upper jamb was pulling away from the frame a bit, so he removed the upper pneumatic assembly and put a screw in there to hold the upper jamb, and then positioned another screw below that one. Then he put the pneumatic assembly back and the door no longer squeaks! He also lubricated the hinges there as well. 
He was a really nice guy who knew a lot about doors, frames, hinges, and other things too. I would call him again if I had any problems around the house.
