"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "This was a repair to a closet system, shelf came out of the wall. Mir was easy to deal with, made a date and time which he kept. He worked non stop for about 1 and 1/2 hours and was meticulous in making the required repair, even able to craft a fit for a part i didn't have. "He called before he arrived, giving me an estimated time of arrival, and he arrived promptly. He was very pleasant, polite and cordial, and took a look/listen to the back screen door. After lubricating the hinges didn't work, he quickly figured out the culprit and fixed that. Since it did not take very long to make the repairs, he offered to look at other doors. I forgot the sliding door handles were loose, so he tightened those up and also lubricated the track. The door slides much easier now! Also, the front door was squeaking so he figured out the problem there. The upper jamb was pulling away from the frame a bit, so he removed the upper pneumatic assembly and put a screw in there to hold the upper jamb, and then positioned another screw below that one. Then he put the pneumatic assembly back and the door no longer squeaks! He also lubricated the hinges there as well. 
He was a really nice guy who knew a lot about doors, frames, hinges, and other things too. I would call him again if I had any problems around the house.
