He tried to not remove the toilet (to save us some $) but the tool he had was too small. He tried the larger tool but it was too big. He informed us that he would have to come back the next day with the medium sized tool.  When he came back the next day he fixed the issue we were having and in addition, looked at some broken plumbing under the bathroom sink.  Matt was friendly, courteous and on-time. Unfortunately I wasn't home when he came either day but he was in contact with me via phone and my dad, who was at the house for us, couldn't stop talking about what a nice guy he was. Hopefully we won't need to, but we would definitely use them again!
