"I needed to upgrade my galley style kitchen in an old row house in DC. Last reno was 20 years ago, a lot of wear and tear was showing and some issues behind the scenes needed to be fixed. My initial meeting with Mr. Tony Heard gave me a lot of confidence that he understood what I was looking for as well as ensuring that any issues would be addressed and resolved. The first day of renovation, I met with the team, led by Mr. George Pitts who explained the process. They were all very personable and just all-around good people to work with. One of my neighbors mentioned, "I bet your kitchen will look amazing, those guys are the happiest contractors I have ever seen. Seems they love what they do". I had to agree, everyone was a joy to work with and it really put my mind at ease. The communication with Mr. George and others was always clear and timely, specially making it a point to show me specific issues that needed to be fixed, and the cost so there would be no financial surprises. I had no doubt that the outcome was going look nice, but I must admit that once I saw the finished kitchen I was extremely pleased. The look and the attention to detail, came out better than I expected. It was completed right before Thanksgiving and family and friends were amazed. And to top it all off, I got exactly what I wanted in a kitchen, and it all came within my budget. Win Win!!
