"Bob called almost as soon as we put our request into Home Advisors. We explained that we needed our rental home appraised but due to COVID-19, we needed an appraisal without entering the property. "My wife had actually found David on a home she purchased just before we started dating a few years back. I can be a bit of a skeptic and tend to do much more thorough research on things so I wasn't sure he would be the right agent for us.
I looked around, talked with other agents, even went on a few home tours with a couple, but none of them could compare to David's professionalism, expertise, personality, and communication. 
Every step of the way David was letting us know what to expect, how we should handle things, what we should be looking for, etc. He always kept line of communication open with us and was always quick to reply to any communication attempts. 
I admit that I am difficult to please when it comes to business relationships, I expect a high level of service just like I provide to my own clients. However, David met our expectations in every possible way.
It's not often I actually write reviews but David's service was that good...others deserve the level of service he provides and will not be let down.
