"LFC Services and Home Repair was Great! My wife and I were looking to have specific work done on our brand new home that we didn't have our builder do when the house was being built. I contacted Tony Heard of LFC to come give us estimates on the things we wanted done. Mr. Heard was prompt, very courteous and respectful. Mr. Heard was very attentive and understanding of our requests. After the initial conversation with Mr. Heard we were excited to allow his team to complete the tasks. Once they got started they completed each task with cleanliness, efficiency and with understanding. They were always prompt each day. I would easily use them again if needed and would highly recommend them to anyone needing home renovations, upgrades or home repair."

"We would like to say thank you to KBA Kitchen & Bath Design & Build for a great job remodeling our two upstairs bathrooms. The two bathrooms were completely renovated in 5 weeks, but it could have been finished even sooner if we hadn’t selected a premium option for our shower glass enclosure. The entire project was started and finished between January 21, 2025 until February 28, 2025, which included the crew working two Saturdays, which shows their dedication in getting the job done. We were very impressed with KBA over the entire project! Specifically, we were impressed at how smooth and efficient the entire process was. It was seamless – from the initial consultation to the execution of the job. The designer, Anna, was very thorough and helpful in sketching the designs of new bathrooms and offering advice on recommended materials for the bathroom, to include going above and beyond in helping us choose just the right paint colors to perfectly blend with our newly installed bathroom accessories. Anna and Ervin both made after hour visits to provide their insight on color schemes and where bathroom accessories should be installed and look best. The lead project manager, Ervin, was always there to answer our questions, and he went out of his way to always ensure we were happy customers! Ervin also visited on many occasions to give us updates on project progress and keeping his crew updated on any changes. The installation team always showed up on time, left the work area clean, and went above and beyond to make our design a reality. Anna, Ervin and the crew were always very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout this project. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome as we absolutely love our bathrooms! "Our family home has always been clean and functional but after thirty years it had become more a picture postcard from the 1980’s than the warm inviting image we had in our mind. It was obviously time to update. Unfortunately, after talking with numerous contractors, it seemed we would have to reduce our expectations or spend more than we had budgeted to afford remodeling our “dining room, living room, kitchen” (and eventually bathrooms too!) project. While pondering our next move a family friend told us they recently had Rohan remodel their kitchen/living space and it looked great and was, they thought, affordable. After seeing for ourselves the quality of workmanship, the improvements to ‘flow and functionality’ and the overall aesthetic appeal, we decided to give Rohan a call. Boy are we glad we did! Upon meeting Rohan for the first time we were shown the same optimism, knowledge through experience, flexibility of thought and dedication to quality that would continue straight through to the end of our multi-week project. His proposal/estimate covered all our wants and needs while fitting within our budget. The job was a total re-do and from floors to walls to counters to cabinets to plumbing to electrics and all were handled by Rohan and his team with time honed skill. The work was done in a timely fashion without ever leaving us wondering where people were or what they were going to be doing each step of the way. Every eventual ‘architectural surprise’ was met with candor, budgeted creativity and a hearty “no problem!” In the end our home was transformed ergonomically, aesthetically and affordably into a beautiful space where family and friends gather in happiness and in harmony with their surroundings. "I have been using the team at home breakthrough for years. At this point they fully remodeled my basement including adding a new bathroom/wet bar. As well as a huge overhaul of my main floor bath and laundry room. The quality of their work is outstanding. I also love their quote structure. They start with a labor number and give you an idea of what materials will cost but it’s essentially a chose your own adventure on how high end you want to go on features etc and they are very helpful to guide you on the way as well as have great experts to point you to on cabinets, fixtures, tile, countertops etc to help you achieve your vision. Look forward to having them back for my next project!"

"Willis Builders did 2 full baths & kitchen reno + laminate floor install on main level of our modest 3-story T/H (Jan-Apr ‘24). Marcelo was our PM and as many others say, his crew did not disappoint. Willis was neither the highest nor the lowest quote of several but we felt Matt Willis presented the most honest and realistic estimate for our project and he hit that nail on the head. They might say we bothered them with questions; we might say we had to nudge them a few times. We did our homework to help things move along more smoothly & they did their best to accommodate us. We purchased a bunch of stuff before choosing a contractor. No matter what we threw at them, installation was a success which is a testament to the knowledge and capabilities of Marcelo & crew (Horatio, Frankie & “George”). When we were undecided or unsure about a product, Marcelo steered us toward better or more appropriate alternatives. We had no issue, as a few others suggested, with crews leaving things clean at the end of the day. Our T/H is small with limited space for them to work/store materials & equipment. We never felt compromised during 3 months of disruption. (And we never hesitated to leave our home when work was being done.) Is everything perfect? No, there is no such thing as perfection in an almost 40-yr old house reno or any reno for that matter. There were a few glitches as we expected, but uh-ohs and problems that arose were resolved promptly. We waited to post this glowing review of our project to see if any problems showed up, and none did. Until the ceiling in our bedroom collapsed several months later which had absolutely nothing to do with their work. We are so thankful that we had no reservations about sending Matt Willis an SOS for help with our emergency. In fact, we were so confident in his work that we decided to add painting and a carpet upgrade to what has become an almost total house reno. Again, Matt’s estimates were fair and reasonable, such that our confidence in his company allowed us to forgo spending time getting quotes from others. Matt told us repeatedly how good his ‘drywall guy’ was, and he did not exaggerate! Will & sidekick Carlos were fast and fastidious! The carpet install was equally quick and painless. We are so very happy with the results of our sudden and unexpected 2nd Willis project. We're sorry we didn’t get a chance to rave about how thrilled we are with the results of our 1st until now. If you’re considering home improvements, we highly recommend you consider Willis Builders. We’re doubly happy we did!"
