I had the power company out to my home who informed me that the box where the main power comes in...under the meter needed to be replaced and I had to call an electrician to do that. I had been coordinating with another electrical company while I was at work, to have someone come out that day. Unfortunately despite their efforts to find an available electrician, by 3:00 p.m. they were still non-committal. So in desperation, I decided to use Angie's list for the first time. Contact was made within 5 minutes, and Clause who is either the manager or the owner was at my home within 1 hour to complete an assessment and quote me a price. He had one of his electricians at my house within another hour and the work was completed by 8:00 p.m. . He did not charge me any extra for the late hour of service simply because he was more concerned about our safety then making or taking advantage of our desperation. Both Clause and Randy displayed a level of professionalism and work ethic that you don't come upon very often these days. "Antonio was great. I had 2 ceiling fans installed on a 15 foot high pitched ceiling. The fans I purchased were meant for a ceiling with a much smaller pitch so they were not able hang straight as is. I thought I would have to wait and buy some additional hardware to complete the job but Antonio clearly communicated with me to show me why they wouldn’t work and talked me through a few ideas he wanted to try to make it work. It took a bit more time but in the end he was able to make some cuts and holes to the fans and they worked out great in the end. He saved me some time and money so I was happy to leave him with a tip. "
