He finished the box and the switches in the box and cut the cable and put the new cable, but did not reconnect the cable. On Monday, Tony came back with a Fair Fax County inspector, who explained the cable needs to be reconnected, and Tony the electrician, told us Dominion Power would connect the cable, after Dominion Power called us, they said electrician has to connect the cable and that they do not do this. We called him back and he said he will come do it but charge us over $700 plus an $80 service call fee. He didn't do his homework at all and check with Dominion Power to see if they would do this. A $3,000 job has now turned in to a $5,000 job. We also feel the service call is unnecessary, because it isn't a new service, it's continuous service.

They had a great personality and they always cleaned up.  They had great communication skills and a professional contract that explained everything. They were very knowledgable and explained everything to me and why they had to be done.  He had the most updated manuals .  He showed me his license and insurance.  They were very prompt and on time.  When he set a start time he was always on time and and always worked hard throughout the day. Everything that he did was up to code for Maryland and Baltimore.  Everything passed inspection.

Mr. Mason arrived on time on the two days it took to complete the contracted work.  He was polite and professional, taking time to explain the structural problems he encountered answering my questions and ensuring that the work was clean after the job was completed.

It went very well.  Tony is very responsive, courteous, and goes out of his way to make things convenient for the customer.  Not only is he very competent and thorough in his work, but he also  did a lot of the leg work, picking things up at the electric supply store, returned a couple things that I had incorrectly purchased there in my own trips prior to hiring him, and even went there on my behalf for a bed lamp that needed a new contact.  He disconnected it, brought it to the store, took a trip back to the store a week later to pick it up, and reinstalled it for me.  Tony could have applied a trip charge for each of the many visits he made to my place but didn't.  He also took the time to explain options, solutions, and even gave me a bit of free schooling in electrical work.  I highly recommend him and his business.

It went very well, he is a licensed electrician and he changed all of my old s12 sockets to energy efficient sockets so that I could use my electronic devices and not blow circuits.  I was being charged each time I called in a help ticket.  So I called Mason Electrical Services and had him come out and take a look . He came out and took a look at the problem and gave me an estimate .and I was really satisfied on the price.  He arrived promptly on 8 March 2014 had everything he needed to work with, and completed the work it only took a couple of hours and the job was done.  In that time he installed a ceiling fan in my bedroom with a remote.  He didn't make a mess.  I would definitely recommend him to others needing electrical services in the future.

They are extremely efficient and pricing is always competitive. Always preform when they say they will. Always very pleased and have been using them since 2004.

Whilst the actual install was fine, he arrived late and his sub contractor put his foot through our ceiling.  Whilst trying to get this repair scheduled I had to chase these guys repeatedly and finally had to listen to this guy scream at me, hang up on me and finally refuse to fix the problem.
