"I’ve used Len the Plumber in the past, but after today, I will never be using their services again. I called to follow up on a recent (and expensive) drain repair - work that my family stretched our budget to afford. The plumber who came out was great: professional, kind, and respectful. But unfortunately, the drain is still not fully cleared. When I called customer service to ask if there was any warranty or guarantee on the repair, I was met with nothing but attitude. I wasn’t rude, I simply asked a question. Rather than receiving a straightforward answer, I was spoken to in a condescending and dismissive tone, as if I didn’t have the right to inquire about a service I paid a significant amount for. If the answer is “no, there’s no warranty,” then just say that. I would’ve scheduled another appointment and paid for the additional work. But I refuse to support a business that treats its customers like that over the phone. I hung up and blocked the number. To whoever runs this company: please take customer service seriously. It’s hard enough to pay steep prices for plumbing work—being treated rudely on top of that is unacceptable. Hire people who are kind and respectful to your customers. You’ve lost my business."

The tree climber was incredible in what he did. The supporting crew cleaned up the yard before they left. I also accepted an offer to trim the overgrown bushes in my front yard again for a reasonable fee. It was clear that they knew what they were doing here as well. They improved the appearance of my landscape significantly. It only took them an hour and half to complete the work which would have taken me a day (assuming I can climb trees). After they were done, they gathered around the grinder to socialize before moving on to the next job. It was sincerely a pleasure to work with these men. "
