"The young men who came to my home were absolutely fabulous. They were careful, professional, friendly and fast. They were also helpful. My husband lost the key to the lock on the unit so they were patient while we looked and when he didn’t find it he took bolt cutters to cut the lock off. He was unable so they worked diligently to cut the lock off with cutters that were not quite big enough for the job. The young woman who called initially was fast to respond and helpful with all my questions. Even though it took extra time they did not charge anything extra. My husband is disabled so the help and patience were appreciated. I highly recommend this company and will be calling to schedule again when I have more that needs done."
