"Okay except for two things: (1) The cleaning only addressed the duct from outside; they refused to check the dryer duct hose from inside. We did not discuss this ahead of time because I assumed that was part of their service. When I asked them to identify this item so I could compare it with other similar covers, they said they couldn't do that. They said the high cost reflected a charge for removal of the old cover and installation of the new cover to the outside vent opening.
