"They were good as far as showing up and getting the renovation done on-time...We are now in the 2nd year open and found a challenge in the jets in our love seat area. At first, we were told $200 for the 1st hour and $125 every half hour after for a service call. I asked why should a pool that was Completely. Renovated last year.Need a service for a problem that should never have been there in the first place. Our sales and Construction manager, Juan, Said he would look into it. He brought another man and they worked on it.And what they found was plastic, had gotten stuck in the tube during the renovation.When they removed it the jet was working. Juan has always been wonderful to work with and the company seems to have stood by their workmanship. Now two days later, I'm finding spots where the mortar was not completed between the bullnos and the tile. I am. Hoping they will repair this without any challenge. There are always problems in any job and I would recommend them."
