"Presidential Exteriors were by far the most professional contractors I have ever worked with. Some people might not like the fact that they want all decision makers present when they come over, but this is so they don’t waste time coming out again. At first, we thought the price was high but after the job was completed, we felt like we got every bit of what we paid for, if not more. Almost every inch of the exterior of our house (except windows and doors but including gutters and downspouts) were replaced and our 1968 built house now looks brand new. We contracted for a new roof (new shingles and board replacement) for the house and horse barn. We also had a large skylight replaced. This was a big job and Felix and his roofing team were great. They worked from sunrise until well after dark and completed everything in two days even though my roof had some issues. Michael and his team installed Hardie Board siding on the entire house. This was a huge job and the finished product looks incredible, especially the detail work like the trim and capping around windows and doors, and the new soffit and fascia under and on the roof overhang. Michael personally bent all the aluminum himself and took great pride in his work. We never expected the finished product to look so good. I work from my house so I was concerned about how that would work out, but everyone was so friendly and respectful that it was never an issue. Jake the project manager, Eva the project coordinator and the Operations Department were also great to work with. Jake did the final inspection with me, coordinated the removal of excess materials and set up some minor touch up work that needed to be done. This is an extremely well managed company and I highly recommend them for any exterior work."

"Christina and Andreas were quite thorough in their bids for 1) replacing 2 skylights, 2 replacing small deck leading from kitchen to our patio and 3 replacing roof on our shed. All work was with extreme care. There was very little drywall dust in replacing the skylights with their drop cloths catching what did fall. The deck' carpentry was done with precision cuts. Sub framing was replaced with more than adequate sub structure. They matched our roof for both the necessary rework around the kitchen skylights and just replacing the top half of out Dutch colonial style barn. I recommend them for your roofing, skylights and home improvement needs."

"After reaching out to another company that was recommended by a friend and getting a wishy- washy response, we reached out to Arctic via their web form on a Sunday afternoon. Bob called almost immediately, spoke with us about our concerns, and set up an appointment to show us options for the very next morning. Bob went over several options with us and scheduled our three day installation for Thursday. We ended up having additional questions and Bob spoke to us on the phone and even came by the house again to alleviate our concerns. On the first day of installation Mike, the installer, arrived on time, was extremely friendly, and even took the time to make sure we were happy with the first window before moving on to the rest of the house. Mike’s technical skill is exceptional! The three day job only took two days and Mike made sure to answer all of our questions before he left. He left our house just as he found it, with the exception of a beautiful new tint. We could not be happier with the results so far. If you didn’t know our windows were tinted, you would have no idea. And the best part—we actually get more natural light in the house now with the tint because we can open our blinds during the day, yet maintain our privacy!
