I was struck by how professional Roof Right was from start to finish. They took what could have been a scary process, since I had never been through this before, and put my mind at ease. I felt like I was in very good hands throughout the whole process!

Our experience with Roof Right was awful. The salesman was nice and informative and they were quick to start the job, but it went downhill from there. The crew did not communicate with us at all, at one point my wife almost got hit by a shingle as trying to escape our house to go to work. They were so forceful with slamming down the shingle bundles that our bathroom fans fell out of the ceiling. After the crew left on day 1 we noted significant drywall damage caused by the crew removing our skylight, excessive amounts of nail pops and dimples all throughout our home and we found over 30 nails in our yard and neighbors yard. It took over a week for them to send an inspector out to address our concerns. He promised they would take care of all of the damage caused and complete the rest of the roof replacement that wasnt properly done. It has now been almost 7 weeks and they still have not completed the job and no one has communicated with us when it will be completed despite multiple phone calls, emails, and texts. Its clear that Roof Right doesnt stand by their work or their word, and has no consideration for their customers. I strongly recommend avoiding them and seeking one of the many other roofing companies out there.

The salesman was (initially) great and convinced us he was knowledgeable. However, what he said to me was different than what he ordered the workers to complete. The work was done quick and sloppy. He also contracted-out part of the work to a different company without telling us. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Mike came out to look over replacing an old cellar door and section above. I mentioned because of the original 70 year-old cellar area design, this might be problematical. However, He sent me a very reasonable estimate. Matt & Joe came out and went right to work. They were very methodical and it seemed that every step was carefully thought out. I noticed how tight the fit was - and sealed, especially above to door to the house The twin-door design made it simple to use - and could be locked from below. It rained yesterday, and there was no hint of water coming in (as had before with the old one). Very satisfied . . . Well done. Paul
