"They came out today to provide an estimate on fixing a frozen pipe. They ran a snake through the pipe to see if anything was in the pipe causing the clog.  They also checked our crawl space to see if they could access the pipe from that area, but unfortunately are not able to.  They're going to have to remove the siding from the house, clear out the pipe, re-insulate it and replace the siding. They were pleasant and professional I walked them through what I wanted them to do. It was a complicated job; there were three ponds, and each pond required different care. The team went to work right away. They spent most of the day on the effort, breaking only for lunch. When they were done, I inspected the ponds. The only thing I had to ask them to do was put a net over the waterfall on one of the ponds. The fish they handled were in good condition after the cleaning.
