I wish everyone did business like these guys. The whole process was 100% online, from requesting the quote to paying for the service. They even did the house wash when I wasn’t home, so no need to take off work or schedule a time “window”. I’ve previously hired these guys to pressure wash my driveway and they did an excellent job on that, too. Definitely recommend and I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Entire job was very fast and efficient. I conducted entire job through texts and phone call, Phil Rogers always responded in a timely fashion. After asking for a quote, Mr. Rogers asked to send pictures of house. He responded with a quote, which I accepted, all on line. A time was set up. I told him the earliest I could be there was 9:30. He asked if it was OK to start a little early, I agreed. To my amazement, the entire job was completed by the time I arrived. The house looked GREAT. My brother commented he didn't think the house needed power washing, but, after seeing it, he said it looked 2 shades whiter.

Fantastic work by Phil and his crew. The siding looks great, every bit of green and brown dirt/mildew is gone. The deck is great, and our patio/pavers look better than when we bought the house 4 years ago. Very happy with MD Power Wash and will use them again. They are slightly more expensive than some of their competitors, but not by much - and their quality of service is 10x better than other competitors we have used. Would definitely hire them again!

MD Powerwash did an excellent job washing my home and deck. The windows are so clean and my house is the cleanest on the block! I would definitely hire them again. Their price was the same as a number of other companies that I received estimates from and they were very responsive.

Wonderful!! The siding looks brand new. All the algae, mold and dirt is gone. They even wiped down some windows that didn't want to come clean. They were very protective of all the new grass that was just coming up. They moved plants from the front porch to wash that area. The men were VERY polite, friendly and professional. They arrived right on time, and went right to work. Our house had never been power washed, but I can see the advantage in doing this every few years. And will use MP Power Wash again

Work was performed on time and worker were very courteous at time of service. However, I had requested follow up service d to remove oxidation streaks that remained on house from previous cleaning. I could not get a return call or email from the owner Phil Rogers or any of his employees. I made repeated attempts to contact via phone and email and after several months made one last attempt without a response. Maybe they went out of business, but after paying a substantial amount for a residential cleaning, I expected more of a response from such a highly rated customer company.

"We've had a major phone issue with you for a while now, it is our fault because our system is completely blocking your number except for it going to one phone (also our fault as we did this by accident when initially trying out a new customer management system). We can resolve this by email since we can't seem to figure this out and of course we will be happy to come back out. This review is 100% warranted, I would be and am frustrated too, and we'd never aim to do anything like this on purpose, it's very out of character for our company as can be seen by many other positive reviews. I apologize for this mess, but would like to clear it up. Thank you for the feedback. Alternatively, we can issue a partial refund as well, if you prefer."

WOW--we were able to obtain a quote for the service, schedule it within a few days and pay, all on-line. The man doing the work was on time, professional and pleasant. He clearly explained the process--using cleaning solvents with a soft wash system that didn't beat the siding into submission, an important point since our house is 25 years old and due for a siding replacement. I will definitely use MD PowerWash for any additional work I need around the house and will recommend the company to friends. They are excellent!

The house looked great when I got home. It's 2-3 stories tall in places, so they had their work cutout for them. I will definitely consider them again in a couple years.

I live in a very wooded area and get a lot of grime, dirt, and mold on my brick house. MD Powerwash made my very dirty, moldy house look BRAND NEW!! I expected it to look "better" but it looks amazing! The guys that did the work were very polite and professional. They were 30 minutes late so I gave them a B for punctuality, but if I could, I would give them an A+ on everything else. The technique and solution they use really draws out the dirt, it doesn't just hose it off. I would highly recommend them!
