As well as a huge overhaul of my main floor bath and laundry room. The quality of their work is outstanding. I also love their quote structure. They start with a labor number and give you an idea of what materials will cost but it’s essentially a chose your own adventure on how high end you want to go on features etc and they are very helpful to guide you on the way as well as have great experts to point you to on cabinets, fixtures, tile, countertops etc to help you achieve your vision. We've bought multiple lamps and lighting equipment materials from him. He's repaired many of our older lamps. ALWAYS such friendly and professional experiences. We did a major bathroom and kitchen remodel and he provided guidance, expertise and a great price on lighting needs for that. One doesn't need lights/lamps every day, but over the years I keep coming back because he's so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and it's just always a great experience. I have NEVER been disappointed and simply can't imagine anyone else being so, either. Thank you, Frank, for being such a great guy and having such a great shop! This shop is truly an "old fashioned" experience in service and the whole experience - you just don't see this kind of help very much these days, and definitely not in a "big box" store. "I had a new electrical line I wanted to run for a display light attached to a grandfather clock in our foyer. I also requested a switch be added to our wall panel by the front door to operate it. The job involved seeking a route for running wire behind the ceiling and drywall from our basement to the first floor of the house. The installation was complicated and obviously required a healthy amount of expertise in all respects. The work was accomplished with a minimal amount of mess (two small holes) and the quad switch panel added by our front door operates flawlessly. During the same visit they also replaced four decorative ceiling light fixtures and repaired a bad electrical outlet to boot. The workers were fast, efficient and friendly (even to my dog). I can't say enough about this company to do this justice. Very satisfied with my decision to give them a call."

When I contacted Snell I talked with a very nice lady who scheduled me to get 2 plumbers to come out the next day from Noon - 4pm. I was told they would call 20 minutes to 30 minutes before hand to let me know they were coming. I waited from Noon to 4:05pm, never received a phone call, and so I called Snell to find out if my plumbers were still coming. I was told that there was an emergency situation in Chantilly, VA, that required my 2 plumbers to go to Chantilly instead of my place that morning. I understand emergencies do happen, but Snell knew that my plumbers were needed for that major Chantilly, VA, leak from the morning. They should have called me once they found out that my assigned plumbers would not be able to come out to my place within my scheduled time appointment. I should not have had to wait from noon to 4pm and then have to call them to find out that they were not coming. I rescheduled with them, and set another appointment for the next day The next day Brandon Thomas came out, and he was outstanding. He is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and a very good plumber. My problems turned out to be quite different than I originally had thought and he explained my options. I went with the option that he recommended and am very happy with the results. He also gave me discounts to help make-up for my inconvenience for having to re-schedule the appointment. I definitely recommend Snell (4 Service Pros) to all my friends and family."
