"They were reliable, dependable, professional, and friendly. They arrived on time and did an outstanding job of raking and packaging leaves for removal from my lawn. He was also polite and offered a fair price. I would surely recommend them!"

"The customer service experience with Melecio Landscaping was breathtaking. I requested for leaves removal and disposal. They reponded on time, and always displayed a courteous demeanor. The landscape looks fantastic. After assessing my yard, it was determined that my gutters needed cleaning to prevent water from running into the foundation. I agreed with the finding, and had the gutters clean again. The contractor before Melecio Landscaping did lousy job on the landscape, and inadequately cleaned the gutters. Their workmanship and professional are both remarkable. I would highly recommend them, and I will using them for future projects"

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

The EPA enforces hazardous waste laws and ensures people dispose of their hazardous waste responsibly. Depending on where you live, your state’s hazardous waste regulatory agency may also enforce these laws. Individually, it’s up to each household to properly dispose of their hazardous waste.

Lead removal can take a few days to several weeks, depending on the work needed, particularly if the lead is widespread and in hard-to-reach areas.

When a surface that contains lead dust is disturbed, the dust can float about in the air for roughly an hour before settling again. Since you cannot see the dust, it is important always to wear protective gear when working with any materials that may contain lead paint and to keep children, pets, and others away from the area for as long as possible

While the EPA provides guidelines for homeowners to perform DIY lead paint removal, it is a risky process and generally not recommended due to serious health risks and strict regulatory requirements. The process requires precise safety precautions, such as wearing a respirator and protective eyeglasses, creating sealed exits, and using a HEPA vacuum for cleanup. To ensure the job is done safely, effectively, and in compliance with regulations, it is highly recommended to hire a professional lead abatement company. Certified professionals have the necessary training, experience, and specialized equipment (like chemical strippers and HEPA vacuums) to handle and dispose of hazardous materials safely.

The best disposal method for hazardous waste is to take it to a professional dumping facility that specializes in and accepts hazardous materials. These facilities will dispose of the materials in a way that is safe for both humans and the environment. If you don’t have access to a nearby facility, the best way to get rid of hazardous waste is to call a professional garbage removal company who handles disposing of hazardous materials .
