They did a good job. They did the roof, they cleaned up very well. They also put on a leak guard.

They showed up as scheduled and installed flashing on the skylights like we discussed and to my satisfaction.  They completed the job in a short period of time and cleaned up the area before they left.

The materials were delivered on schedule after a short rain delay and installation started early teh following morning.  The crew were quickly to work and diligent in their efforts.  The crew was by all appearances highly skilled and experienced as they all seemed to know exactly where to start and what to do.  Very impressive teamwork.  The job continued throughout the day and I observed that the installation was exactly in accordance with what had been promised.  The quality and installation look fantastic.  The price was very reasonable and lower than other estimates, even though using the same high quality materials.  The property was left clean and tidy afterwards as well.

I gave Brian a call after hearing about him at work. He came out a few days later and his estimate came in way under the other three I had recieved from other local roofing companies. within his estimate he gave me a cost for architectual shingles and regular and with the price actually a lot closer than i thought it would be decided to go with the architectual shingles by Landmark. The job was done on March 14 2013 and I couldnt be happier. Brian and his crew replaced the entire roof before I arrived home from work. Brain gave me a call the day the roof was replaced and said the wind was starting to pick up and he would have to return the next day, which he did, to place the gutters and downspouts on. Brain spent about 2 hours working on the gutters and downspout and cleaned everything up, not leaving a single nail, old shingle or piece of paper to be found. this is a big thing as i have a couple of dogs and i was worried about this. Brian and his crew we on time everyday, the work looks great and he was very professional. I need to thank my co work for giving me his number and I highly recommend him for any roofing job.

They were very responsive and knowledgable about my roof and components.  He didn't try to sell me the roof exhaust fan like I requested but took the time to inform me that it wouldn't work with my roof.  He could have just sold me a bill of goods and left, but they didn't
