"JMC Tree Service did a thorough, professional job taking down a challenging tree. Communication was excellent, crew worked as a tight team; this was a very large oak, it had a trunk of over 54" in diameter and overhung both my neighbors and my house, along with the homes power lines - truly a lot of challenges. The price included taking the tree down, hauling the trunk, cutting the branches to length that would fit in my free standing fireplace, and grinding the stump - all for significantly less than other estimates received - more in line with the cost I was expecting. Would definitely recommend and use in the future."

"Overall they over promised and under delivered. The job was to grade my front yard and add a concrete step. The absolute minimal grading was completed, and the concrete was poured in the rain making the finish rough and dirty and the concrete leaked into the driveway. Had to contact multiple times to get the tent removed and concrete cleaned up. I do appreciate the grass that was put down. Definitely a little disappointed that the minimum was done. Wish I had only paid half up front so they would have come back quicker to complete the job."

Erik traveled all the way from Delaware to Maryland to service my pond, which was having persistent issues with murky water. There were a few challenges during installation and I admit this was 100% due to a few things I had set up prior to meeting Erik. But he handled them seamlessly, troubleshooting as needed. For the issues that couldn't be addressed that day, Erik provided me with helpful suggestions on how to finish the job myself. While I initially found the price a little high, after seeing the fantastic results, answering my many questions (including a few the following day), and delivering on everything he promised, I can confidently say he earned every cent.
