From beginning to end, Andrew's years of experience and dedication to 'painting the picture' for your dog is simply amazing! CTC, wisely, does not focus on just the dog... they focus on the entire family as participants in the successful training of the dog! So many times before we thought it was the dog's fault when misbehaving. Then we learned that it isn't just the dog that needs to be trained... it is the owner(s) as well! "It took a few iterations to get the contract written to my satisfaction. Their wording was very sparse and left the door open for potential misunderstandings. In the end, I ended up handwriting the details myself onto their contract document. They never told me that the entire job would be done by another contractor who they hired as a sub. In the end, the sub did the work properly and to my satisfaction. But my advice to them is to write more detailed contracts and let the customers know exactly who will be performing the work."
