Their experience and knowledge was demonstrated by their well planned work and installation, including working around existing conditions such as tight crawl spaces, as well as coordination with existing plumbing, electrical, structural components, etc. They coordinated and were accommodating of requests for equipment and vent locations. "This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"We have been putting off replacing our 20 year old water heater. I contacted Jim @ Shore Thing Plumbing sent him a couple of photos of our current water heater. He called me back in just a little bit of time with the price to replace it, he put us on his schedule for 8:30 AM. That morning Jim pulled into our driveway at 8:30 ready to get the job done. There were no multiple trips to a supply house for parts or supplies. He was very attentive to our property and made prompt cleanup of spilled water and cleaned up as he went ago. He made fast work of replacing the heater he then removed the old water heater and all materials that he removed to place the new one in.
