"This project was unique in that we had buckling in a particular section of our hardwood flooring. In addition, some moisture was identified under an adjacent section. We replaced the buckling section with ceramic tile “rug” and repaired the adjacent section We were extremely satisfied with Zavala flooring throughout the entire process. They were knowledgeable and professional offering sound suggestions and recommendations. The work turned out beautifully."

"D&H Demolition quickly demoed the carpet from my living, dining , and steps to the second floor. Replaced with re- claimed hardwood flooring which resulted in a significant cost savings for me. Replaced the flooring and steps with a satin finish that so beautiful that I keep getting comments. Work was timely completed and professionally done. I would definitely use their services again. "The owner conducted both the estimate meeting and carpet stretching service. He was very nice and explained the process in detail. The price was fair in comparison to the additional estimates we received. The day of service he and his team arrived as agreed and we also received a text prior to their arrival. During the carpet stretching process they kept the area clean and returned all furniture pieces to its original position. The final product was better than expected. Would definitely recommend."
