The owner conducted both the estimate meeting and carpet stretching service. He was very nice and explained the process in detail. The price was fair in comparison to the additional estimates we received. The day of service he and his team arrived as agreed and we also received a text prior to their arrival. During the carpet stretching process they kept the area clean and returned all furniture pieces to its original position. The final product was better than expected. Would definitely recommend.

Other major companies left us hanging for weeks, after quoting. JR was able to come in on short notice and knock the entire project out, from survey to payment, in 2 days. Saved our Christmas.

I found Mr. JR on Angis list. He gave me a quote for 11 stairs, a 5ft landing, and an upstairs landing for 450.00 The day of service he did not have enough carpet ( had plenty in the van ) he then said a 10 12 would now cost me 250.00 for one stair and the 5ft landing plus 75.00 to return. HE NEVER CAME OUT TO MEASURE ANYTHING!! Once I asked why do I need to pay 75.00 for returning, he then said **I can leave it as it is or come back, your choice**. A few days later, he came back with a tall black and they both used foul language in my home, in front of my child. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! HE IS A SCAM ARTIST!

Jr went above and beyond For us in so many ways. The project was small and despite it he came an hour and a half away to get it done, and he provided everything we could of asked for from a reasonable charge for the work to pick up services to flexibility In scheduling, expertise and timely and satisfactory completion. He is very pleasant to work with, converse with even and dedicated to providing service excellence. The work was of good quality and his experience in the flooring industry reflects that. We will certainly keep his business card in our back pocket for future projects and would even recommend him to other potential customers and friends . We had a great experience with this pro. He will not disappoint you.
