We have been in this home for 2 years and these outlet have worked consistently prior to the service. When I contacted them I was immediately met with denial and questions about the upkeep of my home. The final straw was a text where the owner said ?we cannot be responsible of everything now that is wrong at your home?. Our home is a $670k house that we work hard for and meticulously maintain. I am gonna buy 2 outlets ($30 each) and have the work done to repair our outlets. This is not about the cost. Very disappointed."

In the past, too much soap and the wrong type of soap was used and left a residue which picked up dirt. John was able to remove a lot of this residue and it helped the appearance of my carpeting.The cost was higher than I anticipated, but i received a much better job than on previous cleanings. I called him and got a quote of $1079, which included shipping both ways, cleaning the rug, and a guarantee that I would not be able to detect any urine odor when my rug was returned to me.
