Groves Cleaning Services

Very well, owner walked through the entire house with the team of cleaners with a check list. Did not opt to have the windows done (250.00) or the carpets steam cleaned (300.00). Team of 3 cleaners spent the better part of a full day. House is on the market, and I only have to do spot cleaning and a quick vac when the house is being shown.

My puppy made a fecal stain on brand new carpet.
I asked the employee to do whatever it takes to get the stain out...not destroy the carpet.
She was able to get the stain out by using many chemicals and leaving the shampooing machine on top of the stain for an extended period of time which damaged the carpet fibers and turned them into large round balls about the size of your thumb nail.
I contacted Mr. Groves regarding the matter and he tried to repair the carpet using a carpet rake which did not correct the problem.
His response wasand quot; You are a perfectionist and you wanted the stain out... she got it out.and quot; and refused to compendate for damages.
I took Mr. Groves to court and lost the case.
I believe I was discriminated against by the judge because I was new in town from the Northeast and employed by General Motors... and in Martinburg, West Virginia GM employees are viewed as wealthy.
Also.. Mr Groves had polictical and social connections...was a member of and sat on the board of various business orgainizations with clout.
I eventually replaced the carpet at my own expense after looking at the damaged spot for years.
End of story.

The white siding on our house and garage was very dirty. I was very impressed that Groves spent time the first day to try different methods and cleaners in order to have the best results. They never seemed rushed to do things quickly, but rather focused on doing things right! They finished the job in a few days. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. Also worth noting: Everyone that I met from Groves was friendly and totally professional. I offer my highest recommendation of their service to anyone in need of exterior house cleaning. It went fabulous! We have 31 windows in our 3300 square foot home. The cleaning crew traveled out of state to come do the work I needed. The crew showed up exactly when expected and did a phenomenal job! We plan to use them again for home pressure washing and carpet cleaning as well as more extensive cleaning in and around our 31 home windows.

It was a good experience both the estimate process, work and customer follow up.

He dry cleaned the carpet. They do not use liquid so it won't rot your carpet. They are very polite and professional. Manuel Washington, the owner, will supervise the job and they do a thorough job.

It went really well. They did a really good job! As a matter of fact, when the ladies came to do the cleaning, the person who runs the company called to see how things were going. He made his employees stay and do the work all over because he thought they cleaned the carpets too fast. They also had a reasonable price.

I LIKED THEM BECAUSE HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB LIKED THEY PROMISED. THEY WERE NEAT, AND IT DIDN'T TAKE THEM A LONG TIME TO DO THEIR JOB. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.
