Pilot holes were drilled in wall to locate stud. The holes were not even spackled when installer was preparing to leave. I was told that my Comcast mini cable box would be placed discreetly on the back of the TV. During installation it was taped to the wall with double sided tape. The tape failed and the box fell off the wall within an hour. There was communication with Denton about the issues but I have not heard anything since July 16th."
