"Very responsive, a professional and very pleasant mechanic, excellent work, a bit exspensive, over $500.00 for 5plugs. The problem is they failed to fix the plug that was dead and failed to investigate or repair the flickering lights. I still have no idea if there is a fire hazard due to an electrical short. They did not appear to have any interest in dealing with the issue. Bottom line: I now have to hire another electrician. I originally chose Palmer because they are local, were very responsive to my inquiry and had an excellent rep per Angie's List. It is unclear to me why they were unwilling to complete the job. In any event, they failed me. I will identify and retain another electrician, just not through Angie's List . They failed me as well."

"I gave an A rating, despite some bumps on the scheduling. The A rating was earned by Danny and the work he did to get the various new light fixtures installed, both inside and outside. We have more fixtures to be installed, and we will have Danny back to finish the job."

"Bailey's Lawn Service has been servicing my properties for more than 2 years now.  Over the last 10 years I have been through many many lawn companies, both big and small, and until Bailey's did not get the reliability, quality, and responsiveness that I expect.  Now things a nearly always done to the high level of quality and precision that I require.  On the rare occasion when an employee misses something or somethings is done improperly, a quick call to Shawn results in a personal inspection and prompt correction.  When I have a special event or atypical project, Shawn gives the extra attention and/or makes the necessary accommodations I require with a smile and an attitude indicative of his desire to provide the highest possible level of customer service."

"It went well and it looks nice and neat at first sight . I did not notice all the cords bunched up next to the mantle until after the technician left. That does not look so nice. It is on the far corner and is not noticeable when walking into the room, but is very noticeable when on that side. It is something I will have to deal with ."
