When I called I got some BS story and was told they would be out the next day. When they arrived, only one person knew what he was doing ad was waiting on another to remove vinyl siding. Once the ceiling was done, the crew was ready to leave. Called the company, was sent to voicemail. When I called back I was told I would be speaking to the owner, after more time on hold I was then told I would be speaking to a manager. They finally did get the right people out, but then had issues with their truck etc. What a hassle. Took almost all day to finish insulating a small garage and garage ceiling. Again, all actual workers were hard working, pleasant people."
