I am very pleased with the results! Gordon trimmed tree limbs away from the roof, cut branches off of our magnolia tree that were damaged during the recent snow storm. Additionally, he a beautiful job pruning our Holly and other bushes at the front of the house. The icing on the cake was he was able to offer his services for half the price of two other competitors. The scope of the job was about 100 feet across the house and 5-8 feet deep from the house to an existing brick walkway. The job was completed in one day, including removing the sod, installing over 150 plants, mulching and laying out pea gravel. "I got an estimate for yard work from Hometown Tree Experts about 7 months ago. One of the early estimates included pruning some tree branches on my neighbors property because they were growing into my property. My neighbor later did the work himself and rescinded permission for Hometown Tree Experts to prune his tree. I corresponded with Jacque in the Hometown Tree Office by email and she verified that my neighbors property was removed from the quote. I then paid a deposit and signed a contract for work in my yard only. The work in my yard was fine. Unfortunately, the Hometown Tree workers apparently did not have the updated version of the work order where neighbor’s property was removed. They cut off several additional branches from my neighbor’s tree without his permission. I was very upset to hear that Hometown Tree Experts had gone into my neighbor’s yard and cut additional branches off after he had already done the needed work himself. I have called and emailed Hometown Tree Experts many times over the past 7 months to ask what they were doing to address their error. They told me repeatedly that they were working with my neighbor to resolve the issue. I am very disappointed and frustrated to hear that this this issue is still not resolved. My neighbor ultimately hired another company to fix the work done by Hometown Tree Company. I was not involved with discussions with other company so I cannot comment on that. All I know is that my neighbor and Hometown Tree Experts still have not resolved their dispute 7 months later."
