"No, I hired the R&r to repair my HVAC and install some light bulbs. The furnace is still not working and obviously the work was not completed. They were paid twice for the initial work because the contractor indicated that they did not receive the PayPal that was sent to them on 10/21/2025. Contractor requested that another payment be sent via Zelle with the understanding that the PayPal payment be returned or canceled. I have not heard from contractor regarding work or refund and I am still waiting on my returned funds via PayPal. "

About an hour later, he had the part replaced and my sump pump functioning normally and much more quieter than it had been prior. He even cleaned out the basin the pump was sitting in and disposed of the yard debris that crept in. The homeowner and plumbing wisdom that he bestowed on our household was elite as well.
