"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "I was amazed. We had 10 new windows replaced, and after working a 10 hour day, I was dreading going home & cleaning for the next 10 hours. But when I walked inside my home you didn't even know they were there. everything was placed back to where it belonged, there was no mess to vacuum. There also was no mess outside, my garden was not even touched. The only thing I had to do was wash the windows and hang the curtains. They were very nice & polite, professional men who installed the windows. The windows themselves are 100% perfect. We could not be happier and could kick ourselves for not doing it sooner.
