They sat down with me and provided helpful context into what the issue was and how the solution would help. They got the permits within a few weeks and promptly scheduled a date to begin. The workers were Foreman Jaime Castillo and crew member Jaime Salas. Both were professional and effective. They completed the installtion withing the scheduled 3-day window and cleaned up after their work. They took extra care when tearing down our drywall to do minimal damage and keep a clean workspace. It has only been a few weeks snce the constuction completed, so I cannot speak to the long term effectiveness of the solution as of yet. What I can say was that JES was profesisonal, effective, timely, and did some price-matching when I compared quotes from other companies. I would recommend them for your basement needs."

They're far more responsive than any other alarm company I've worked with and they're focused on meeting your needs, versus endlessly trying to get you to buy more services and sensors that you might not need. But when I walked inside my home you didn't even know they were there. everything was placed back to where it belonged, there was no mess to vacuum.
