They removed the panel, and returned the very next Saturday with a perfect repair which they installed. We met Donna and her husband who did a terrific job. I hope our dog Jeff who made this repair necessary when he tried to attack the mailman from inside the house never does this again. If he does we will get to see Donna and husband again and Jeffs milk bone treats will be reduced."

He even gave great input on designs and ideas as he has had much experience. Juan and Alberto were vey professional throughout the whole process. Juan listened to our input about the little details. We had a very small 4' x 8' master bathroom that we extended out to the vanity/sitting area and it turned out even better than we had hoped. The quality of materials and workmanship is very good. Even their subcontractors who did the work for the shower glass door and the granite countertops were great to work with and very professional. There were some usual and expected construction glitches that you would anticipate, but all were responded to and taken care of very quickly. At the end, the price was on mark and there were no unexpected extras or costs. They are finishing up their last item on our "punch" list today. We had gotten estimates from several other places and we are glad we went with them as they came through with what we were hoping for and even more - with a very fair and reasonable price, good options within their price package, great workmanship and delivered a great product at the end. "I spoke to the owner of the company, John Dennis, who was very helpful in explaining different options. The HMI fiberglass doors they offer are of an excellent quality and are comparable to the highest end fiberglass doors (i.e., ProVia), but less expensive.
Initially, I wanted to replace both the door and the sidelight, but after signing the contract I decided to order the sidelights from the historic restoration company to replicate the original lead glass design. Master Seal had no problems of modifying my contract to just the door installation.
The installer team is very professional. They pay attention to all small details. The isntallation team spend quite some time at my house leveling the door, making sure is operates right.

"Everything went very well. The front door (which was a fairly heavy one-piece unit with side panels, etc and etched glass) was hung slightly off-balanced. We didn't notice till the weather stripping started coming off and also some water had seeped into the room (very little ... we actually noticed the marks, not the actual water). So we called the company and they sent someone out and he took one look at the door and told us that they had put it in incorrectly and he would send a crew to fix it. Sure enough within a few days it was all fixed and the door now swings much more smoothly as well. I know they screwed up a bit...but I have still given them an A, because it was a small mistake, but more importantly they did not give us any excuses or run around. The guy admitted they had done something incorrectly and he went ahead and arranged for it to be fixed asap."
