"All three projects were expertly accomplished. I called Brian Golt of B.C.G Building Solutions because my gutters were leaking and flooding my basement, especially during heavy downpours. He came out the next day and discovered a major clog and the gutter and that the downspout was not positioned to correctly. He rectified both problems quickly and professionally. I was very pleased. He also followed up during the next downpour to assure that I had no other problems. I really appreciated that. The chimney Cap also had to be installed so that was another project. Brian also installed and customized a basement entry door and basement storm door, transforming it from shabby to spectacular! He is an outstanding craftsman. He is the best in his field. I have several projects scheduled with him that include kitchen and bathroom remodeling. I would recommend him to anyone, for any project!"

"AR Creative Remodeling, Inc. did a great job on our project. Our house is over 30 years old, and we wanted professional painters to handle the first floor wall paper removal, painting, and a full sheet a ceiling drywall that needed to be replaced due to a plumbing issue. We received 4 quotes. AR Creative came out days after we asked for an estimate and we had a quote for the work by the end of the day. Although they were not the lowest of the four bids, the operations manager, Ana, gave us confidence that her crews could handle the job. She gave us a detailed description of the plan for getting the work done, along with all the preparation and protection the crews would use to project our floors and cabinetry. Some of the others bidders were weeks out from being able to start the project, but because AR Creative had multiple crews, they we able to start the work two weeks after we accepted their proposal. The crews were on time, courteous, and experienced in the work they did."

Brice listened to our concerns about the room and was able to maximize the space and make it a cozy, comfortable and frequently used room in our home, along with increasing the home value. This project included: New window installation. Brice took out an old, thin, dated window and installed an energy efficient egress window that matched the style of the newer windows in the rest of the house. Brice was able to create a full functional closet by borrowing a little space from the relocated utility room on the other side of this room’s walls. I wanted a ceiling fan in the room but didn’t think we had the height for it. He was able to frame around the ductwork and other obstacles so I could have a flush mounted ceiling fan! Drywall, floor, paint, and electrical were well done and Brice made solid product suggestions along the way. Very Happy!"

"Julio and his team did a wonderful "handyman"-type job for me. I highly recommend him and his company. Details: I recently purchased two specialized, folding fire-escape ladder systems from a company in New Jersey. But I needed someone local to install the devices on my house. They look like big downspouts, but when a user pulls a pin at the top, they fold out to sideways ladders that allow people to escape from upstairs windows. Julio came out to my home to watch the installation video that the fire-escape company had on their website, and then said "no problem" to install the ladders. He returned a couple of days later with a two-man crew, and they installed both ladders in about 5 hours. No muss, no fuss. He charged me $550, which I found fairly reasonable for a three-person crew for that amount of time--particularly since it was kind of an unusual installation job. During the job, Julio was faced with two or three minor complications, which he handled without any problems. I think that speaks well of his expertise as a handyman. Julio and his crew were exactly what I was looking for this kind of job."
