Remember, the fewer items you have, the fewer packing supplies you have to buy, and you can rent a smaller moving truck or container, too.

When loading a moving truck, the general rule is to load the heaviest and largest items first to create a stable base at the front of the truck, which helps balance the weight. Yes, it’s possible, but it’s important to be extremely careful, and always remove rocks and heavier hardscape items. Drain all the water from the tank, leaving just enough to keep the gravel slightly submerged to keep your bacteria alive.
