I contracted them to move an arcade basketball game. I gave them the weight and the dimensions. They were to show up with tools to partially disassemble the game and take it to my home which was 1.5 miles away. They showed up with no tools and an hour late and were unable to take my arcade game apart. When they tried to take it apart, they damaged the game. They tried to put it in their truck and it did not fit and I had to leave the game behind. I tried to contact them about getting my deposit refunded and they would not take or return my calls. I ended up paying them $360 and was left with an arcade game that was not moved and it was damaged.

Not well. Refrigerator was moved but in a way that the compressor is now broken. Cost $400 to move and they compensated me $210 for the now broken refrigerator since that was the "extent of their liability". They did not refund the move expense after multiple requests. So i essentially paid $200 for them to come to my house a break my refrigerator. Unless you think $0.60/lb is reasonable compensation for damage to your belongings, use someone with better customer service and insurance.

I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of my move. Although it was a short move, the two men doing it were great. They were professional, pleasant, efficient, polite, and a joy to deal with. They packed the truck took it to the storage unit and unpacked it in about two hours. They handled my belongings with care, not harming a thing. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Great moving company! Movers were polite, worked quickly and safely. Took care to wrap my furniture in plastic to protect it. I moved during COVID-19 pandemic; movers wore masks, which was appreciated. Owner was easy to deal with. Would use them again. Highly recommend!

The move went smoothly from beginning to end. The two movers were courteous, hard working and very careful with our furniture. Highly recommended!

We used this company h on 2 separate dates to fill 2 storage units. The first day the team that came to move our belongings arrived promptly after calling to let us know they were on the way and an ETA. They were polite and professional. They asked for a walk through of everything to be moved before they started and then got right to work. In what seemed like no time the unit was packed to the brim. On the second day we had a new unit delivered for packing up. The team again arrived promptly and asked for another refresher walk through. They had an idea of what we had left from the first day and came with a plan of attack. This time they were even faster and packed the unit so tight I’m confident nothing will be moving in transit. Again the team was professional and polite, checking on with us several times as they filled the unit to ask if we would like to check it out and to make sure we knew how the pack was progressing. I highly recommend this company. When we move again we will be calling them to unload our units.

Great. I was given a window when to expect them and then given updates as to when they would arrive. The men were very professional and demonstrated great care with my furniture. They arranged it exactly as I asked and were patient as I ensured what I asked actually worked. They were pleasant and worked very quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them and asked for business cards so I could share their information with my neighbors or friends who might be in need of moving help. All in all, a class act.

The move could not have gone better. The 2 people were on time and ready to work. They were courteous and professional. They got the items to Maryland, brought into our daughters home there And assembled the necessary items without any issues. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
