"Everything went very well, from the estimate to the complete installation. Randy was very easy to work with, and was very efficient. He needed to replace some of the wood, once he removed the old skylight, and the work was done promptly and perfectly. He did not try to push products or services that were not required and cleaned up the work area completely. I will definitely be calling Reinforced Skylights when skylight #2 needs replacing as well. This time I won't waste so much time waiting on other companies to return my calls. My only regret is I didn't know they could have worked on the dry wall replacement as well. "I couldn't be happier with Walter Brown. They gave a thorough inspection of the roof by walking it, clearly showing me the issues, and explaining any potential problems that could arrive. When we met to discuss the estimate, I was very appreciative that in addition to the estimate, they gave me a worst case scenario cost. For me, that kind of honesty made choosing Walter Brown a no-brainer. On the day of the job, a full crew of over 10 people came and worked hard getting the roof complete. They worked as a team and finished the roof in a day. Also, they answered all questions and did a thorough job cleaning up. A few hours after completing the roof, the ridge vent didn't look even to me, so when the site manager returned to pick up the dumpster, I asked him about it. He didn't like the look of either, called a few guys back, and replaced it at that time. Again, I was impressed that he was willing to re-do the ridge vent and that he re-did it at that time. We've had a few storms since the roof was installed, and no leaks now! This was as perfect as a home improvement project could have been.
