"Office staff provided excellent service when I called to get information. They spent a good amount of time answering my questions and explaining the services they provide, as well as the pricing. I received a call when the tech was on his way. Teddy arrived and I went over the work to be done. He told he'd get it taken care of lickty split and he was not kidding. Not only did he perform the work, he performed exceptional work in handling my repairs and went above and beyond to ensure the soffit and siding were secured to prevent them coming off in the future. I look forward to having them perform work again at my residence. So much easier and much cheaper than some of the other estimates I received for the same work."

"I had an emergency and they came to my home within an hour. I was extremely relieved! They fixed my problem AND a little extra. Their pricing was totally fair. I am going to call them again for additional home repairs in the next month or so!"

Customers say: Quick response

"Did excellent work on a small job - finding and repairing a leak and internal damage it caused to ceiling and walls (drywall). David was very courteous and responded rapidly. Finding the source was difficult due to several possibilities nearby, finally was tracked to a crack in a sewer vent pipe hidden from easy view. David's response and service was professional and accomplished in a timely fashion. And the damaged area now looks like new."

Mailbox Repair questions, answered by experts

Discuss design preferences and material choices before work begins for cohesive results.

Signs your chair frame may need repairs include wobbling, creaking, visible cracks, or loose joints. A professional upholsterer will inspect the frame during the prep stage and recommend necessary repairs, which may add to the overall cost but ensure a longer-lasting result. Your upholsterer may be able to repair your frame for you, or they may refer you to a furniture repair specialist, depending on your chair’s needs.

Yes, in most cases it’s a good idea to wrap furniture in plastic to protect it from dirt, dust, and damage during storage. However, natural and porous materials such as wood or leather should have breathable fabric covers to prevent moisture damage from condensation. Either way, it’s always important to ensure proper ventilation to prevent moisture buildup, especially in humid climates.

Yes, most couches can be disassembled, especially those that were delivered flat-packed for assembly. To take a couch apart, you can typically detach components like the legs, arms, and backrest. The process often involves removing the cushions, unscrewing the legs, and separating sectional pieces or the seat frame. If you have the manufacturer's instructions, they will provide the clearest guide on which parts are designed to be removed.

Paper moving pads, also called furniture wrapping paper or paper moving blankets, are sheets of recycled paper used to protect various items during moving. Similar to traditional moving blankets, paper pads are also reusable, making them a sustainable and cost-effective option for protecting your belongings during the moving process. Although they’re recycled, they still provide excellent protection against dust, dirt, and scratches.
