About us
Tri-Coastal is in COVID protocol adhering to the 6' distancing. Everything can be done digitally via email/text. Inspections will be exterior only unless otherwise noted. At Tri-Coastal we work with home/business owners and often times, their insurance companies. Our goal is to provide a fantastic, hassle free experience for each customer. That includes free inspection and lifetime warranties. We will work directly with you and/or your insurance company to come to an agreed upon job scope. This insures the project will be completed correctly the first time. You will find our guys are very friendly and knowledgeable regarding everything from product info to the entire insurance claim process. We work with the same software as most of the insurance company's out there! This insures a seamless process from the first inspection to final.

We had damage to our roof from a late summer hail storm. Our neighborhood had many roofers interested in doing the work. I choose Tri-Coastal because I really like Trae's manner. He did everything he said he would do. He went above and beyond. This work also involved new gutters and downspouts- he brought samples for me to see and assured me that the quality of the work would be great as would the installation. It was. I could not have asked for more and I would be happy to be a future reference for anyone considering Trae and his company. He's a really nice man- very kind, thoughtful and he does come through. I don't know what else someone could want. You will be fine with Tri-Coastal!

The roof was replaced in a day and the work and workers wew excellent. The gutters were were replaced quickly and the workmanship was excellent. The team that did the work in both cases eas hard working worked together well and did excellent work. Mike Toppi was my account rep and was actively involved in ensuring that the work was done efficiently and well. He was great to work with and managed the process well. Excellent job by all involved. I recommend them highly.

Excellent! Joe Gemma and Tanner Paul were super kind and very knowledgeable of their products. Both are very professional and I would highly recommend them to any of my friends/family. Any questions were immediately answered. The actual crews that did our roof and siding were very thorough and professional. They did a great job cleaning up as well. Tri-coastal Restoration is very fortunate to have such wonderful employees working for them. I will definitely use them in the future if I should ever need roofing or siding.

Trae and his team were very patient and responsive toward our concerns. The materials were high quality, and the team that installed were very hard working. Even if there was an issue, we just gave them a call, and they send someone out within a few days. Overall, we are very pleased with our new siding and gutters. Excellent customer service!

The entire process from estimate to working with our insurance company to get the job covered, thru the finish install couldn't have been easier or better. Our project manager and the installers were professional and the work completed is beautiful. Our project manager was exceptionally responsive and always available to respond to text and voicemail messages when we had questions, and supervised the installation process throughout. The installers came when scheduled and throughout the duration of the job were careful with the landscaping and left the area neat and cleaned each evening before leaving. We could not be happier with our experience and the finished work!

Everything went well. Our home is over 20 years old and the work done to our home makes i it look just fantastic!! This project was a major undertaking. My house has two stories, with a garage and sun room -- in other words, lots of siding square footage and many windows. Tri-Coastal installed new vinyl siding on the entire house, new shutters on the front of the house, along with new vents, and mountings for light fixtures and water spigots. There were lots of details to be attended to and the workers addressed all of them. Everyone with whom I dealt at Tri-Coastal -- the owner, the sales rep, the project manager and the work crew -- were all professional, polite, very helpful, and responsive to all of my many questions and concerns. I have been very pleased with the outcome of the project. Although the project took six full days of hard work, it was well worth it. MY HOUSE LOOKS BEAUTIFUL!

We’re extremely pleased with the siding work done by the contractors representing Tri-Costal Inc. Trae, our Tri-Costal representative was very professional, knowledgeable and patient when it came to explaining the entire process of having our siding replaced and dealing with our insurance company. My repairs went well. The contractor worked with me to get the most funding from my insurance company to do the repairs to my home. Once the repairs were started they were completed in a timely manner. The finished product was more than satisfactory. The workers were very courteous and professional and cleaned up completely all the trash that accumulated during the repair work .

We did get roof, siding and gutters replacement. The job has been done extremely professionally by their talent crews.
