"Job: Move four - five bigger items from house to dumpster provided in driveway. Hardest, old leather couch with 2 recliners on ends. 90 min late. Did text 10 min scheduled time. I then moved some items from original locations, for time. F&S finished in < an hour, even tossed in junk next to dumpster. Fee: $100, 2 guys, 2 hr min. +$30 tip (was $50, but latness and damage) and scrap metal they asked for. Issues: Loaded couch and shelving above top of dumpster, later fixed. Damage to hallway walls, gouges in wallpaper, bent door latch and worst, damage to screen door jam (door <4 yrs). Multiple phone #s, hard to coordinate. Resheduled multiple times, late. Fixed gouges in wall, replaced latch, filled in trim. Asked for decent, got decent. Effort made on metal section for screen door jam, never fixed. Different color latch installed Reshedulings from handyman, diff days, times Dragged on for 3 weeks. Pro: Respectfully, curtious in person/phone, $ Con: Not reliable, no mention damage"
