"Service was scheduled 2 weeks out and they picked the time (8AM). One half hour passed the time they were to arrive I called and was informed that they were doing another job & they would not show up until the next day. I inquired as to why I was not contacted the night before or the day of to be advise of this and his response was "he forgot." I reminded him that my order was scheduled well in advanced and if they did not show up this day I was going to cancel service & request refund. He then informed me he would come out later (that day) in the afternoon. I now I had to re-arrange my afternoon schedule to accommodate them. My feelings are such that if a company schedules a date and time I expect them to be there or at least, notify me in advance if they can not."
