Scott Cullin, the sales tech was very accommodating with scheduling our initial appointment. He was on time, asked about our project scope, performed his water tests and made a recommendation based on the findings. He was not high pressure at all. I advised that I was getting competitive proposals and it would be a few days before I made a decision. Orbit's equipment is the most efficient, seems to be the best quality, and quite frankly had the best warranties. The installation went well. The installer removed old equipment and installed the new softener and filtration kit. He was in and out within the 3 hour time window specified. He answered all the questions I had for him during the installation. Once everything was done and cleaned up, he went through the operation with me, explaining how everything worked and what things to keep an eye on. Very good experience. "From the beginning it was a marvelous experience.  Tiffany and Cindy in the front office had a uncanny ability to steer us to the granite selections that suited us best.  After three visits to their showroom, we found the perfect piece of granite.  Cindy suggested we go to a bigger under the counter sink.  We did and we are glad we followed her advice. We elected to have their plumber install the sink, disposal and dishwasher.  The measurements went well.  Brian and Oscar showed up at 11 a.m. and worked hard until 5:30 p.m.  Oscar asked to see our faucet that we had purchased and said it was the wrong style for a granite counter top.  So we heeded his advice and went right out and purchased a single level faucet.  He was so right, it looked great and we thank Oscar for his advice.  Brian was a hard worker and good at his craft.  We were glad we had Eric the plumber come in to make the connections.  When he left, the sink was good to go.  If we had hired an outside plumber there would be a delay in using our sink.  You can't go wrong if you go with this company.  They know their craft and we have recommended them to many of our friends.

"He did a real good job of cleaning up. He has a helper and he always works with him. He does not put him on the job and come back and check later. He did a good job and he was supposed to give me an estimate on repairing of the wall. He was honest and hardworking and that is why i went with me. I am concerned about matching colors on my roof and he paid details to that. My brother said however they had not fill up a couple of ports on the roof. He thought they over looked it other than that he did a good job."
