"Logan did an excellent job. On a scale of one through 10, I would give Logan a 20. He did a very professional job. He installed a back up sump pump, and cleaned up the mess .. A very pleasant and knowledgeable person."

"We have used George Drakos for our plumbing needs for the past three years, and have always been very happy with his service and pricing. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and conscientious. It is always a pleasure consulting with him and trusting that any job he does will be done well. He is the best plumber we have ever hired and will continue to use him for our plumbing and remodeling projects in the future. Thank you, George!"

"The job was beyond my expectations. The quality of the materials and the quality & professionalism of the work done exceeded what I had expected. John even vacuumed my steps when he was done actually leaving my home cleaner then when he started work. The work was scheduled to last two days and it was done several hours ahead of time. He took the time to thoroughly explain to me how everything was replaced and went over the cleaning instructions in order to keep the shower looking immaculate. I am so satisfied that when I re-do the other two bathrooms in my home, I won't even bother calling anyone else. This was a first class job by a first class contractor."

"From the beginning it was a marvelous experience.  Tiffany and Cindy in the front office had a uncanny ability to steer us to the granite selections that suited us best.  After three visits to their showroom, we found the perfect piece of granite.  Cindy suggested we go to a bigger under the counter sink.  We did and we are glad we followed her advice. We elected to have their plumber install the sink, disposal and dishwasher.  The measurements went well.  Brian and Oscar showed up at 11 a.m. and worked hard until 5:30 p.m.  Oscar asked to see our faucet that we had purchased and said it was the wrong style for a granite counter top.  So we heeded his advice and went right out and purchased a single level faucet.  He was so right, it looked great and we thank Oscar for his advice.  Brian was a hard worker and good at his craft.  We were glad we had Eric the plumber come in to make the connections.  When he left, the sink was good to go.  If we had hired an outside plumber there would be a delay in using our sink.  You can't go wrong if you go with this company.  They know their craft and we have recommended them to many of our friends.

"He did a real good job of cleaning up. He has a helper and he always works with him. He does not put him on the job and come back and check later. He did a good job and he was supposed to give me an estimate on repairing of the wall. He was honest and hardworking and that is why i went with me. I am concerned about matching colors on my roof and he paid details to that. My brother said however they had not fill up a couple of ports on the roof. He thought they over looked it other than that he did a good job."

"Kudo's showed up on time, found out the problem ordered the parts and finished the repair in a timely manner.
Living in Delaware and trying to find a reliable repair person can sometimes be impossible, but Harold, from Kudo's
Service showed up on time, when he said he would, followed up with phone calls and kept me informed on the status
of the parts he ordered...and came when he said he would and did the repairs...I was very pleased with the whole outcome.
I will definately use Kudo's again

Drain Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Bleach isn’t likely to help unclog a sewer line. Bleach isn’t useful in this situation because it won’t dissolve the grime and debris in the clog. Instead, you want to use ingredients that will have a chemical reaction to clear out the buildup, like vinegar or salt and baking soda.

In some cases, operating a snake can damage your drain and pipes. This depends on the overall condition of your pipes and how gently you operate the auger. For instance, older galvanized pipes covered in zinc are susceptible to scratches when using a drain snake. Additionally, it’s common for newbies to apply too much force when extending the snake, leading to scratches and related damage. You can also crack the porcelain with an electric auger if you’re snaking a toilet drain. If you’re using a manual snake or auger, the risk is minimal.

Drain fly problems can go away on their own—but only if the insects find the environment inhospitable. Those with a minor infestation can simply flush their toilets and run their faucets more frequently to flush out the flies and larvae. Others will have to deep clean their drains and set up traps.

A saturated leach field can result from various underlying issues, so it's best to call a professional septic company to diagnose and treat the problem. Depending on the cause of the saturation, potential fixes include pumping out a full septic tank, adding more bacteria to the tank, or regrading the soil to fix low spots. It may also be necessary to reroute rainwater and runoff away from the leach field using gutters, downspouts, and extenders. Once the primary issue is resolved, planting specific types of vegetation over the area can help absorb excess water. In more severe cases, you might need to install a larger septic tank or replace the leach field entirely.

Yes, you can pour water down the toilet to help it flush. For each flush, you’ll need 1 to 2 gallons of water for newer toilets or 3 to 5 gallons of water for older toilets. Rather than dumping the entire bucket in all at once, pour the water in slowly for the best results. If you’re pouring water down the toilet to help it flush after a clog, only use 1 gallon of hot water.
