"We are in a very rural area and finding providers on Angies list is difficult here. We had some plumbing problems about 2 years ago and called a popular plumbing company, they are prevalent in this area. They "fixed" a list of items. One of the items was a broken spigot outside. A year later we had to call them back to fix the same spigot. They did a cheap patch up job instead of doing the job right. They charged us again for something they should've done right the first time. Now, less than a year later we had the same problem and we figured we'd take our chances with somebody else. I think we found precision plumbing in the phone book but we were very lucky this time. Jeff Matthews was very prompt, called and kept us informed of when he would be coming and also kept us informed of the cost for everything before he began the work. He explained what needed to be done which was more involved than a broken spigot and said it is something that other plumbers will often do a quick patch job on. He was very well prepared and had all the parts needed on his truck. While he was under the house doing the repairs he noticed that our dryer vent had come off and he re-attached it. I should also mention that it was over 100 degrees that day. He was very professional and I will recommend him to anyone."

The caulking looks like it was made from a machine. He is extremely knowledgeable, hard-working, and will not leave the job until it’s perfect.. also a really nice guy!. Scott Cullin, the sales tech was very accommodating with scheduling our initial appointment. He was on time, asked about our project scope, performed his water tests and made a recommendation based on the findings. He was not high pressure at all. I advised that I was getting competitive proposals and it would be a few days before I made a decision. Orbit's equipment is the most efficient, seems to be the best quality, and quite frankly had the best warranties. The installation went well. The installer removed old equipment and installed the new softener and filtration kit. He was in and out within the 3 hour time window specified. He answered all the questions I had for him during the installation. Once everything was done and cleaned up, he went through the operation with me, explaining how everything worked and what things to keep an eye on. Very good experience. I will definitely use them again"
