"I have used Pro Plumbing for years, and their quality has remained top-notch (some companies start out with stellar quality and service, but degrade over time). Today, I needed several things done (unclogging a slow drain, painting the fitting on a propane line, and fixing a leaky outside faucet), and Josh came out to perform all of the work (I sprung the final job on him last minute, and he was very professional and courteous - telling me that he had the necessary parts on his truck to do the work right then). Pro Plumbing practices up-front pricing, so after inspecting the areas where the work needed to be done, Josh was able to provide me with an itemized cost list, such that I could see exactly what I would be paying for each task (which allowed me the flexibility to choose whether or not I wanted to complete everything that day). Josh was very knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing as he went along - making sure that everything was working as expected once he had completed each job. He also inspected everything after he had tuned the water back on - to ensure proper water flow to all faucets. As a bonus, he even showed me where to find the backflow valve for my irrigation system. "My experience with this company and the water solutions that they provided was phenomenal. Even though our home was quite a ways away from their normal service area, they were still able to send a team member, Zoe, out the next day to do a test of our well water. Zoe went through all of the different tests and thoroughly explained the results every step of the way. The next day they were able to send out a team to install the recommended water softening and filtration solutions. The guys that came out to do this work were quick, clean, and able to answer any of our questions. We could feel and taste the difference in our water immediately. We don't have to use as much soap for the dishes or for the shower as we used to thanks to all the hardness being filtered out. Our hair and skin feels much cleaner after a shower. The water not only tastes better, but we feel more at ease drinking it. My morning coffee tastes so much better and is much stronger than before (so now I can use less coffee). "These guys were excellent. I had originally hired them because I needed a major rush job done and they pulled it off. Then they
continued after the main issue was resolved and came back multiple times to do an extremely thorough job waterproofing the basement.  Whereas we would find puddles down there before, we have not had any issues since they were there.  They did all kinds of things ? from putting some kind of stripping on the base of the walls to building an entire roof over my back stairs to adding a French drain to putting covers on all the basement windows. And they did all this for significantly less money than other companies quoted us - and those other guys did not offer nearly as much work!  Incredible.
The one lack I would say this company had was the timing issue. On more than one occasion were told they were on their way, but they only showed up hours later.  Also, sometimes they would be working in the basement and kind of just disappear without the work being finished, later explaining they had to run to another job. All of which was fine with me ? after the initial work, we weren?t in a big rush.  But it is something to note.
Notwithstanding that issue, we were very pleased and are recommending them to anyone who asks about such services.
